The Upper Tribunal has dismissed complaints from broker Eldon (renamed Somerset Bridge) and campaign organization Leave.EU against fines imposed by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).

The court documents, first highlighted by the sister title Post, showed that the commissioner’s original regulatory move in 2019 stemmed from a series of newsletters that Leave.EU emailed to its subscribers containing promotional materials on behalf of Eldon . Leave.EU offered them
